Terry Morrill has been in the construction business for over 40 years, working in all facets of the industry. He has established a design-build landscape construction company in Los Angeles with over 100 employees. He has developed numerous systems and training programs, from estimating and job management to successfully running and growing a contracting business.  

Fred King has been with Silkin Management since 1984. Prior to beginning his career as a consultant, he owned and managed the largest martial arts facility in the Pacific Northwest. Fred has also served as the Chair for the National Federation of Independent Businesses of Oregon, with a membership of more that 8,000 small businesses.
